The informative is inspired to the Recommendation no. 2/2001 which Europeans authorities for the treatment of personal data, gathered in the Group instituted by article 29 of directive no. 95/46/CE, adopted May 17th 2001 to acknowledge minimum requisites for on-line personal data gathering, and, particularly, modalities, times and nature of the information the owners of treatment must provide to the users when the latter connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the connection.
