The informative is inspired to the Recommendation no. 2/2001 which Europeans authorities for the treatment of personal data, gathered in the Group instituted by article 29 of directive no. 95/46/CE, adopted May 17th 2001 to acknowledge minimum requisites for on-line personal data gathering, and, particularly, modalities, times and nature of the information the owners of treatment must provide to the users when the latter connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the connection.

Informatic systems and software procedures concerning this website's work gather, as part of their regular functions, some personal data whose transmission is implied in the use of Internet communication protocols.
Such information are gathered to be associated with specific interested subjects, but whose nature could, through elaboration and association with data in the possession of third parties, allow an identification of the users.
In this category of data are IP addresses or domain names of computers being used by the users connecting to the website, addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of required resources, the times of request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the number code indicating the state of the reply given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relative to the user's OS and informatic environment.
Such data are being utilized towards the sole end of gathering anonymous statistics relative to the website's usage and to check its correct functioning and are erased immediately after they are processed. The data could be used to verify specific responsibilities in the case of possible informatic crimes at the expense of the website: except from this occurrence, contact data currently do not last more than seven days.

Such data not being provided can imply the impossibility of obtaining the required services.
For the sake of completeness it has to be remembered that in certain cases (which are beyond the ordinary management of this website) the Authority can require details and information according to article 157 of the Privacy Code, in order to verify the treatment of personal data. In such cases an answer is required by law and susceptible of administrative sanctions.
Personal data are managed via automated instruments for the time strictly necessary to the purpose of their gathering.
Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized accesses.
RIGHTS OF THE SUBJECTS
The subjects of the data treatment have the rights to obtain confirmation, in any moment, of the existence of said data and to know their content and origin, to verify their form and ask for their integration, update, or correction (article 7 of the Privacy Code).
According to the aforementioned article the user has the right to ask for the data to be erased, transformed into anonymous form or for them to be frozen when in violation of the law, plus to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their treatment.
Requests must be submitted to the owner of teatment.
